A path of history, fauna and flora

The Do Formalo Route is a tour that begins in the church of San Boul (thirteenth century) near "A Porta", where there are vestiges of an old Castro.

When passing through the village of O Ameneiro, the landscape opens to meadows where cows and horses are released, overlooking winds. We then arrive at the recreational area of Curro do Formoselo, where the "Rapa das Bestas" is celebrated and you can see an old Mámoa. Finally, we continue south, along a road with broad valleys, thickets and rock formations, which offer a unique and beautiful natural panoramic view.

Disconnecting between history and nature

The journey through the Serra do Foroselo allows to feel the passage of time between landscapes molded by the nature and hand of man, discovered without hurry, with each step marked by the wind between the mountains and the story that endures in the stones. A space to get lost and find, to let nature and tradition guide us, simply, to flow.
